Our 2022 Summer Camps are:

Week One:  Harry Potter, Sixth Year, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, $315        June 20-24, 2022

Come and join Dumbledore’s Army at Hogwarts in our Sixth Year! After creating our school essentials such as magic wands and spell books at Diagon Alley, we will be sorted into houses and compete in Quidditch.  We will explore magical arts such as potions and spells, and delve into the world of horcruxes.  Enroll in Hogwarts for a week of art, magic, and fun! Camp takes place in Del Ray, Alexandria.

Week Two:  Landscape Painting Like a Master, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, $315              June 27 – July 1, 2022

We will explore Jones Point Park in Old Town Alexandria and find the perfect vantage points to draw and paint. We will learn about master artists like Monet, Van Gogh, Leonardo da Vinci, and Winslow Homer and let their work inspire us to make our own beautiful landscapes. Join us for a week of creative fun in a gorgeous setting!

NEW!  Middle School Art Academy, 2-5 pm, $300                                June 27 – July 1, 2022

In our Middle School Art Academy for rising 6th to 9th graders, we will learn drawing and painting techniques that we then will use in painting a variety of subjects. This is for all of you middle schoolers who love making art and want to keep growing your art skills and have a relaxing time doing so! This camp will take place in Del Ray, Alexandria.

Week Three:  Animal Art, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, $315                                        July 4 – 8, 2022

We return to the fabulous Jones Point Park in Old Town Alexandria to observe animal life and use it as a jumping off point to create sculptures, drawings, and paintings of our favorite wild creatures. We will have fun using many different art mediums: found natural objects, clay, watercolor, tempera paint, oil pastels, and colored pencils. Camp days will include Monday, July 4.
